πŸŒ… Breakfast

7:00 – 10:00 AM
  • About 1 to 1Β½ cups of food
  • 5 pills from the AM side of the blue medicine box
  • Pills go in one pill pocket (Ziploc bag) β€” they all fit

πŸŒ™ Dinner

6:00 – 9:00 PM
  • About 1 to 1Β½ cups of food
  • 3 pills from the PM side of the blue medicine box
  • Same trick: one pill pocket, done

Food rules (very relaxed)

Amounts are loose.

1 to 1Β½ cups per meal is the target, not a law.

Leftovers at dinner?

If breakfast food is still in the bowl, just top it off to about 1Β½ cups.

She finishes and asks for more?

Give her more. She does not overeat at home.

Heading out for the day?

If the bowl is low or empty, go ahead and top it off before you leave.

Medication cheat sheet

Blue medicine box

Pills are pre-sorted into AM and PM compartments. AM = 5 pills, PM = 3 pills.

Pill pockets

In the Ziploc bag next to the box. Stuff all the pills into one pocket and she eats it like a treat.

Timing

Pills always go with a meal β€” breakfast pills at breakfast, dinner pills at dinner.
